If you’re having technical challenges to cancel, then just drop us an email ([email protected]) minimum of 7 days before your renewal and we’ll cancel it on your behalf. 

Your membership starts immediately after your first successful payment. From that day, you’ll have full access to all member benefits, classes, and discounts.

Membership payments are processed automatically every month on the date you joined. You’ll receive an email confirmation and can manage or update your payment details anytime via your member portal.

Your free 3 hours of private classes are a special thank-you for staying an active member with us! These sessions become available every 3 months of your ongoing membership.

They can only be booked and taken once you’ve reached each 3-month mark, not before.

Please note that free private class hours don’t roll over — they’ll need to be used within that 3-month period before your next one begins.

Regular weekly classes are included in your membership. Special workshops, masterclasses, and parties are offered at exclusive discounted rates for members.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable, which means the benefits are exclusively for the individual member.

This helps us ensure that every member enjoys their own fair access to classes, discounts, and private sessions.

You can upgrade or switch your plan anytime through your member portal. Once upgraded your current access level will be automatically  cancelled. Changes will take effect immediately.
