2. Products & Printing
- We use third-party print-on-demand service providers.
- Products are custom-made per order and may have slight variations in colour, size, or placement.
- We are not responsible for print quality variations due to third-party printing processes.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped directly by our partner suppliers.
- Shipping times vary based on destination and supplier. Estimated Delivery Days ~ UK: 3-7 business days ~ Europe: 5-10 business days ~ Rest of the World: 7-15 business days
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Items are not refundable. Please check the size chart and item before purchasing to ensure the correct fit. If unsure please contact us.
- As our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- For items with a ready-made design provided by you, we will send a proof for confirmation before forwarding it to our printing partners.
- If you receive a defective product, contact us within 21 days with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, or minor printing differences.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
- After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes as production begins promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and trademarks on our website are owned by Floridita Dance and cannot be used without permission.
- By submitting custom designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

- These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
