Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- Private classes/courses must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance; last-minute bookings will not be honoured.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will incur a 50% deduction of the booked duration. For example, if you reserved a 1-hour session, 30 minutes will be deducted.
- Payment for unpaid reservations must be completed within 24 hours, otherwise it’ll be cancelled.
