FLORIDITA DANCE MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By subscribing you agree to the terms below.
- Membership Fee: Monthly subscription fees are payable in advance and automatically renew each month. Payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel anytime within your profile section. No refunds or credits are given for partial months or if you do not attend.
- Access: Other entitlements not listed within your membership may require additional fees.
- Unlimited Access: Access is based on your level. For example, Intermediate 2 students can access their level and all lower levels. Beginners can only access beginner levels but gain access to higher and lower levels for free as they progress. Applicable to all locations access.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
- Changes: Terms, conditions, and membership fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
- Other Offers: This membership cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. (e.g. discounted class passes, public or private discounts/offers).
- Proof: Proof of active membership must be presented at the point of use in the form of a membership card that will be issued to you in class.
- Private classes: The private classes cannot be accumulated or carried over to future months; classes must be used within the allocated months.
*In case of any discrepancy between automated or website Ai assistant messages and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
