Floridita Dance – Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 17/03/2026

Welcome to Floridita Dance! By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.floriditadance.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases, memberships, vouchers, bookings, courses, printed items, and digital products from Floridita Dance.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies acceptance of any changes.

Floridita Dance is a sole trading company, registered with an official UTR number. We are covered by Public Liability insurance with Insure4Sport (certificate available upon request).

2. Memberships

2.1 Membership Fee

Monthly subscription fees are payable in advance and automatically renew each month.

Payments are non-refundable once processed.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time via your online membership profile.

Members may alternatively submit a cancellation request by email to [email protected], provided such notice is received no later than seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled renewal date.

If you have signed up via PayPal, cancellation must also be completed within your PayPal profile.

Any cancellation notice received fewer than seven (7) days before the renewal date shall not prevent the upcoming charge. Floridita Dance shall not be liable for any charges processed during this period, and such charges are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds or credits are issued for partial months, non-attendance, or late cancellation requests.

2.3 Membership Continuity & Class Availability

Floridita Dance memberships are not dependent on the continuous availability of in-person group classes. Membership benefits include, without limitation, access to online wellness programmes, digital content, member discounts, and the accrual of private class entitlements on a rolling three-month basis, subject to the member’s subscription level.

Where in-person classes are temporarily paused, suspended, or unavailable for any reason (including but not limited to seasonal breaks, holidays, venue availability, or operational downtime), the membership shall remain active, valid, and chargeable. Membership fees continue to apply during such periods. No refunds, credits, extensions, or compensation will be issued in respect of any pause or absence of physical classes. You may cancel your membership at any time.

2.4 Access & Entitlements

Access depends on your membership level:

Beginners → Access to beginner classes only. As you progress, you will gain access to higher levels at no extra cost.

Intermediate 2 (and above) → Access to your level and all levels below.

Access applies across all Floridita Dance locations.

Additional entitlements not listed under your membership may require extra fees.

2.5 Non-Transferable

Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

2.6 Private Classes (Membership Entitlements)

Private class entitlements accrue solely while a membership remains active.

Any membership cancellation, suspension, or lapse exceeding seven (7) consecutive days shall result in the automatic forfeiture of all accrued, pending, or future private class entitlements, without exception.

Cancelled or paused memberships do not retain, freeze, transfer, or reinstate private class credits under any circumstances.

2.7 Proof of Membership

Proof of active membership must be presented when attending classes.

A membership card will be issued in class as evidence of entitlement. Occasionally, you may be asked to log into your membership account for verification.

2.8 Changes

Membership terms, conditions, and fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

2.9 Other Offers

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers (e.g. discounted class passes, public or private discounts/offers).

2.10 Discrepancies

In the case of any discrepancy between automated or website AI assistant messages and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
