We stand by the quality of our products! If any of the following apply, we’ll make it right:

✅ You received the wrong item, size, or design.
✅ Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking).

2. When Refunds Aren’t Available

Because every product is made to order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if:
❌ You ordered the wrong size, colour, or design (please double-check before purchasing).
❌ You changed your mind after placing the order.
❌ The shipping address provided was incorrect (reshipping fees will apply).
